Affiliation executives are required at select cities all over India . Work involves traveling extensively within designated city. Candidate would be responsible for relationship management with the clients they own. They would have to follow up and report on leads provided by our clients. They would be responsible for signing up new clients and process all paperwork related to all documents They will also be required to merchandise the locations depending on the needs locally.

Candidate would be involved in executing project based on the statement of work agreed with the customers. Project managers should be experienced in handling IT based projects with skills in managing third party vendors and an execution team spread all over country. Candidate must be strong in project management and able to use tools like MS projects etc in planning and monitoring the actions. Candidate would be required to interact with the customers on regular basis and should be a strong team player. They should keep track of all deliverables and billable activities and provide senior management with detailed project brief.

Candidate should have good experience in working in a team. Should be a team player and would be supporting the project manager in smooth execution of project. Ability to interact with team members and with customer is important. Should be conversant in MS office and should be able to prepare detailed MIS based on inputs from field.

Candidate would be responsible for fulfilling staffing requirement for Bedrock. The candidate has to understand the job profile requirements, interact with potential candidates and conduct interviews and shortlist potential candidates.

Candidate should be able to analyze complex financial data and extracts and define relevant information; interprets data for the purpose of determining past financial performance and/or to project a financial probability. He/she oversees the preparation of working papers and approved budgets; ensures that expenditures for budgets, and grants and contracts are monitored and that reports are prepared to maintain balanced accounts and also oversees the maintenance of budget monitoring systems. They should be capable to develop complex financial reports for forecasting, trending, and results analysis. They should be abreast of laws and regulations that apply to a particular staff function or field of professional expertise to maintain up-to-date compliance. They should oversea the receipt of payments from customers along with sales and operation team. Their team prepares and processes payroll documents needed to implement payroll/personnel transactions. Their team maintains individual attendance records and payroll processing. Uses various software applications, such as Tally, spreadsheets, relational databases, statistical packages, and graphics packages to assemble, manipulate and/or format data and/or reports.

Candidate should have experience managing office administration activity. The candidate would be responsible for ensuring that all office admin activities including reporting employees office timings, office cleanliness, telephone bill payments, purchase of stationery and pantry items, safety and security of office and office employees. The candidate has to ensure that the company adheres to all environmental and safely laws as stipulated and should be independent and capable of taking decisions independently.

Candidates should have understanding customers' diverse, specific business needs and apply product knowledge to meet those needs ensuring quality of service by developing a thorough and detailed knowledge of technical specifications and other features of employers' systems. They should help in identifying and developing new business through networking, and courtesy and follow-up calls and also cold-calling in order to create interest in products and services and generate new business leads. They should be able to design and deliver customer presentations articulately and confidently. They will assist in marketing and promoting a portfolio of products by writing and designing sales literature. They will also help in preparing detailed sales document and negotiating terms and conditions with customers.
