Banks are rapidly automating their backend functions and at the same time providing increasing customer touch points to ensure round the clock banking experience. ATM, POS, Kiosks penetrations are increasing everyday. Part of this effort necessitates service providers to offer suite of services whereby banks can choose the services they need.
