Calenderised meeting with vendors on performance : Bedrock facilitates an all vendor meeting on regular basis. This meeting is used to evaluate performance of individual vendors, improves teamwork and helps address problem areas.
Performance/MIS reports : Detailed performance reports are analyzed and improvement areas identified. All decisions with regards to vendor are based on their performance.
Renegotiating contracts terms , renewals : All contract renewals , paperwork are taken care of by Bedrock
